Shipping, delivery, refunds and returns

Documents are shipped through the medium of downloads. For credit card accounts, the download is immediate. For invoice-based orders, there will be a delay while Lustratus verifies the invoice details for the company concerned. Since the document is the asset, there is no return or refund capability.
